Intake Form
You will be invited to a confidential Patient Portal where you will be requested to fill out forms to start the counseling process. Please accept the invitation via email. If you have any problems please email Julie@raecounseling.com.
Confidentiality
Rae Counseling adhere's to all HIPPA laws. All that is said and done between client and therapist is held in strict confidence. We abide by the ACA standards of Ethics. A release form must be signed for shared information.
